Room 613 Student Blogs - 2005/2006

If all you people have a favorite show what is it and why? Well I have one. It’s Hogan Knows Best. It’s a family show that tells what they do and how they live. The father is a wrestler. The mother is a stay home mom taking care of her 15 year old son Nick and 18 year old Brooke. Brook is a singer and her album will come out soon. Well Nick just likes working on his car and he may take over the father’s job cause his father has to stop working, thats how bad his injurys are. With a lower back problem, Linda his wife says STOP wrestling. So now you have the scoop on the show, so watch sometime and you will  love it. 

The worst that ever happened. On October 8th a deadly earthquake [occured] in Balakot, Pakistian 70 millon people died and all is lost just a pile of dust. [There are] 400 homeless. A mans wife said she wants to die and she doesn’t want to live like this. Her newborn is hungary. 100 schools [are] down. Many kids were in school when it happened and 200 died in [one] school. Around Balakot 35,000 kids died and alot where injured [when] one building was 18 feet down,and now gone. Now, in 2006 they are living in tents.

I read some info about a fisher cat.  Some say there cute. Some say there not, or are they?

The play was a lot different! They skipped a lot of parts although it was good and funny. Lily was the best, I think, and all of the cast were in the acting business. They all were in the same costumes, and at the end they had little triangles to show that Jonas saw colors. One was red,orange,and another color. They also had slides so they would show the memories. For example, they showed the twin getting “released”. The screen also showed announcements to the community. Overall, it was really good.

In Iraq they have a USA reporter for hostage until we give them their 14 Iraq girl prisoners. If we don’t give them they (say) they will kill her. They sent us a tape of her. She is speaking but there are guys in black suits and black hats all around her with guns. As she stays there her family really misses her. As her mother speaks “We will always think (of her) and love her forever.”

I would like to go to Sicily because i went there 2 years ago and i had fun with all my cousins and the ice cream was so good. And we went walking somewhere at night to much fun i had. And that is why I would like to go there.
